Route 66 supporters who live in the Lebanon city limits should note that the city survey being mailed to Lebanon residents includes three questions about Route 66:
Question 14: “If the City of Lebanon was going to expand services in the following areas to focus improvement or expansion efforts, how would you rank them in order of importance from 1 to 8, where 1 is ‘MOST important’ and 8 is ‘LEAST important’?
“Route 66/Elm Street corridor improvements” is one of eight options.
Question 16: “The city needs your input on guidelines as growth continues in the city. Using a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 means ‘Strongly Agree’ and 1 means ‘Strongly Disagree,’ please rate your level of agreement with each of the following statements.
“The city should implement ordinances to protect the integrity of downtown and the Route 66/Elm Street corridor” is one of eight options.
Question 18: “Using a scale of 1 to 4, where 4 means ‘Very Important’ and 1 means ‘Not Important at All,’ please rate how important each of the following items are to you.
“Improving the Route 66/Elm St. corridor” is one of eight options.
