Updated Yard Sale flyer 7-11-19

"Official central locations" in Laclede, Pulaski and Webster counties have been announced where sellers who do not live on Route 66 may set up booths for the three-county, 100-mile Route 66 Yard Sale on Aug. 2-3.

The three locations in Laclede County are:

--Boswell Park, West Route 66, Lebanon: Sellers may set up booths free on a first-come, first-served basis along “66 Mural Drive,” the road leading to the Route 66 murals, on both days of the sale. Setups may begin at 7 a.m. each day, and a member of the Lebanon-Laclede County Route 66 Society will check you in. No setups will be allowed in shelters. Tents, tables and merchandise cannot remain on the park grounds overnight, even if you plan to sell both days. Selling must end at 6 p.m. both days. Sellers are responsible for cleaning up their own site at the end of the day. The Route 66 Society thanks the Lebanon Parks and Recreation Department for providing the space. Email questions to LebanonRoute66@gmail.com.

--The Vintage Cowgirl at Wrinks Market, 135 Wrinkle Drive at East Route 66, Lebanon: Sellers may set up booths free on the Wrinks Market grounds both days of the sale but should contact Katie Hapner in advance at (417) 532-3201 or by stopping by Wrinks Market.

--Route 66 Antique Mall, 17711 Campground Road, Phillipsburg (take I-44 to Exit 123, then, on south side of I-44, go west on old Route 66): Spaces for sellers are available for $20 each day. Eight are covered, and the others are in the grass around the mall. Call (417) 532-7082 to reserve a space.

Three locations will be available in Pulaski County. Call for details:

Sellers may set up booths at Young’s Shopping Center, 900 W. Washington, Marshfield, with rental fees being donated to ZuZu’s House, a resource center for vulnerable teams.

Each spot will consist of one parking space in the parking lot. The fee is $15 per day per spot unless you choose to do both days, in which case the price is $20 per spot for both days. More spots will be available on Saturday than Friday.

You may purchase more than one spot each day. You are responsible for your own table and chairs, money, items and canopies.

To reserve your spot, call Emma Bell at (417) 812-3194. This is a prepaid event and is non-refundable. Direct-sell vendors will be accepted.

Private businesses also will be renting spaces for the Route 66 Yard Sale. Check out their posts on our Facebook Event page for more information.

Everyone who is having a yard sale on Route 66 during this event is encouraged to advertise it in your local media as well as post the location on this Facebook Event page: https://www.facebook.com/Route66Yardsale/.

The “Route 66 Yard Sale: 100 Miles of Treasures on The Mother Road” is sponsored by the Lebanon-Laclede County Route 66 Society, the Webster County Route 66 Initiative and the Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Laclede County Record, the Marshfield Mail and KFLW Radio.
