The Lebanon-Laclede County Route 66 Society saluted the upcoming Route 66 Festival's sponsors Saturday at its annual membership meeting, with a special salute to Lake Regional Health System for being the presenting sponsor this year. Kevin McRoberts, Lake Regional CEO, spoke to the meeting.
 
Major sponsors so far this year are Lake Regional Health System, presenting sponsor, $5,000; Graven Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Gold sponsor, $1,000; Heritage Tractor, Gold sponsor, $1,000; Mid-Missouri Bank, Silver sponsor, $500; Owen Sandblasting, Silver sponsor, $500; and Starnes Auto Body and Glass, T-shirt sponsor.

Route 66 Society Vice President Mike Boggs gave a preview of this year's festival, which will be June 3, two weeks earlier than in recent years. Besides the Saturday parade, cruise-in and daytime activities at Boswell Park, the festival will shift mid-afternoon Saturday to Route 66 businesses on the east side of town for more activities.
