The Lebanon Route 66 Festival, sponsored by the Lebanon-Laclede County Route 66 Society, will be held again this year on Father’s Day weekend, with Friday activities at the Munger Moss Motel and Saturday activities at the Route 66-themed Boswell Park.

Music, food and craft vendors and classic cars will be at both locations, with a parade of classic vehicles planned for Saturday morning, followed by a cruise-in at the park. The Route 66 Society again is partnering with the Lebanon Parks and Recreation Department for the Saturday events.

Applications for food and craft vendors are available from Loretta Young, chairman of the festival committee, at (417) 718-5163 and Munger Moss co-owner Ramona Lehman at (417) 533-4463. Vendors have the option of setting up Friday, Saturday or both. Crafters will be juried.

Lebanon Route 66 Festivals previously were held from 2001 to 2009 before being resumed last year, when an estimated 2,200 attended Saturday’s activities.
