The design for the 2018 Lebanon Route 66 Festival T-shirt, featuring a locally owned Camaro, has been revealed.
The T-shirt shows a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS/RS 350, owned by Kenny and Susan Pearcy of Lebanon, parked in front of Route 66 landmark Wrinks Market.
The Camaro defeated 27 other vehicles to win the Route 66 Society’s online “Park it at the Market” contest to determine the vehicle to appear on the T-shirt. Nearly 3,000 votes were cast in the contest.
The Route 66 Society will sell T-shirts at its booth both days of the festival. The price is $15 through XL, $17 for 2XL and $19 for 3XL and 4XL.
The festival begins at 4 p.m. Friday, June 15, at the Munger Moss Motel and resumes at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 16, at Route 66-themed Boswell Park.
