Rich Seibert on KY3

Richard Seibert of Lebanon discusses the Route 66 Gasconade River Bridge in a KY3 interview.

Lebanon-Laclede County Route 66 Society members Cliff Claxton, Chuck Jordan and Rich Seibert were among those interviewed Tuesday, Aug. 7, by Lexi Spivak of KYTV/KSPR, Springfield, for a story on continuing efforts to save the Route 66 Gasconade River Bridge at Hazelgreen.

"Roamin' Rich" Dinkela, an internationally known advocate of promoting and preserving Route 66, explained how the Missouri Department of Transportation will give the bridge to someone who has the means to restore it.

The story aired Wednesday morning on Ozarks Today. You can view it here: http://www.ky3.com/content/news/Future-of-Gasconade-River-Bridge-on-Old-Route-66-unknown-490336811.html.

A second version of the story, which includes an interview with MoDOT area engineer Bob Lynch, can be seen at the same link.
